The short version
We collect only what we need to take your order, deliver your codes and support you. We never see or store your card or online banking credentials, because you pay directly to the account we show you at checkout.

- Order details: your name, email, phone number, and any delivery details such as a Player ID.
- Account details: if you create an account, your email and a securely hashed password.
- Order history: what you bought, when, and the codes we sent you.
- Technical details: your IP address and browser type, used for security and to prevent fraud.
Why we collect it
- To take and process your order and deliver your codes.
- To email you your order confirmation and codes.
- To provide support and handle refunds or replacements.
- To detect and prevent fraud and abuse.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We share only what is necessary with the parties that help run the store, such as the email provider that sends your receipts and the payment channel you use, which handles your payment directly and is governed by their own privacy terms.
How long we keep it
We keep your order and account records for as long as needed to support you and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete your account, though we may need to retain order records where the law requires it.
Cookies
We use a session cookie to keep you signed in and remember your cart and currency, and a small cookie to remember your light or dark theme choice. These are essential to how the site works. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Your rights
Depending on where you are, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or to object to how it is used. To exercise any of these, email info@topupify.online and we will action it promptly.
Security
Passwords are hashed and never stored in plain text. Access to customer data is limited to staff who need it to run the store. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.
