What do I need to provide for a game top-up?
Depending on the game, that is usually just your Player ID, username or account email. The exact requirement is shown next to each product before you add it to your cart.
I entered the wrong Player ID, what now?
Contact us immediately with your order reference. If the top-up has not been sent yet we can correct it. If it has already gone through we will work with you on a resolution.
