How long does delivery take?
Automated orders are usually completed within 5-60 minutes of payment being confirmed, and never later than 3 hours.
If a bank transfer or mobile money payment is still settling, that can add time, and we send an email the moment your codes are ready.

Will I receive a confirmation email?
Yes. As soon as you place an order we email a confirmation that includes your order reference. When your codes are ready you get a second email with the codes themselves. If it does not arrive, check spam or use Track order with your reference.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Yes, as long as it has not been completed yet. Contact support with your order reference. Once codes have been delivered changes are not possible, but a valid replacement is guaranteed if anything is wrong with them.
